Eight Areas of Strategic Collaboration

The agreement outlines cooperation across eight key areas:

  1. Application of dexterous hands and embodied intelligent products in industrial automation scenarios.
  2. Joint development of flexible joints, motor, and control systems for humanoid robots.
  3. Optimization of AI algorithms to enhance human-machine interaction.
  4. Establishment of a talent pipeline through high-end AI talent recruitment and training initiatives.
  5. Building a technological moat in core artificial intelligence domains.
  6. Co-filing of eight invention patents as part of joint innovation outcomes.
  7. Creation of an engineering center and postdoctoral research station for collaborative research.
  8. Provision of AI technology evaluation services, accelerating transformation from lab research to market-ready solutions.

The project will see an R&D investment of RMB 7.98 million over two years, aiming to create a closed-loop innovation chain from fundamental research to industrial implementation. This will accelerate the deployment of embodied intelligence and AIGC (AI-Generated Content) in smart terminal applications.

Combining Theoretical Depth with Industry Execution

Tsinghua University has long been at the forefront of robotics innovation. Its latest generation of “Dexterous Hands” features four sensory modes—visual, tactile, auditory, and voice interaction—positioning it among the global leaders in humanoid robot perception technology.

Fenda Technology, on the other hand, brings a solid foundation in applied AI research and commercialization. It has established strong partnerships with leading tech companies such as Amazon, Alibaba, Baidu, Huawei, and Tencent, across domains like smart wearables, healthcare, and smart homes. New Product Innovations & Global Expansion

Following successful global sales of smart speakers and AI chess-playing robots, Fenda is introducing a new AI Companion Robot. The product integrates behavior generation systems similar to ChatGPT, combining tactile sensing, visual recognition, and voice interaction to offer personalized emotional engagement and real-time responses. It is currently being promoted across international markets.

In addition, Fenda’s first smart wearable ring is scheduled for launch in June 2025, offering comprehensive health monitoring features including:

This smart ring also supports gesture-based control for smart devices, such as tapping to play music or trigger a camera.
