During Manufacturing: Process Control & Real-Time Inspection
Real-Time Process Control
We utilize on-site CNC inspection systems for real-time position checks. Every 2 hours, our ISO9001:2015-certified QC team performs in-process audits to eliminate defects early and ensure high yield.
Before Delivery: Final QC & Packaging Protection
Dimensional Check & Export Packaging
We provide full dimensional reports covering thread tolerance, part count, depth, and finish. Products are packaged using 4-layer export-grade protection to withstand complex international shipping conditions.
